I teach businesses and finance professionals about debt financing.

Over the last decade, I've helped businesses of all sizes, ranging from start ups to publicly listed companies, secure bank financing.

In 2023, one of my business owner friends reached out for help. He was in the process of expanding his business and needed to apply for a bank loan. He was completely overwhelmed and lost in the process of trying to secure a loan because he had no understanding what the different loan structures, security, and terms and conditions meant.

With my guidance and help, he was able to secure a loan. This whole process of assisting him made me realized what seemed like common knowledge to me might be apply to others. Not every business owner has a background in finance and understands the nuances of financing.

My main objective is to share my knowledge and expertise in commercial lending with entrepreneurs and professionals working in the finance industry. I will be providing valuable tools on different aspects of finance, and help my audience achieve their individual goals, whether it is for business growth, or career development.
